Dear 3A parents and students,

I am so amazed that many students had accompolished their homework from last week! There were 4 writing sheets, 4 workbook pages! I knew it's not easy to finish all, but they did it! Big, big bravo for them! 

I don't like to give too many homework, but it's neccesary for students to be able to recongnise new vocabularies and grammar. Today's class went smoothly, and students were very enthusiastic to answer all my questions. All their effors of doing homework had paid off!

I am so very grateful for parents' suppport and understanding, and grateful for students' hard work.  

Here are today's homework and class notes.

 Homework: 

1.  Workbook page 12. 

2.  Fill in Chinese and pinyin for each vocabulary.

3. Circle the correct answer and fill the blank with Chinese characters.

    (Please see email attached file)

4. Read textbook task 1, 2, or task3 on page 20 and 21

    when you call Li lao shi every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    for page 20, 21, task 1, 2, 3, conversation in our album.)

 Class notes: 

1. We reviewed all vocabularies.

   Students were able to read and recognise all school activities. (Bravo! )

   They practiced read out loud with partners in class.

2. We reviewed grammar for:

   想/ 要/ 得 dei3/ 得..., 還得.. dei3..., hai2 dei3/ 

   可是

   送/ 送....給

3. We learned two 破音字：

   樂=

   1). le4= happy= 快樂

   2). yue4= music= 樂隊

   得=

   1). de2= gain/ to have= 得到

   2). dei3= must= 我得上課

4. Students learned how to use : 『 』 as it was : " " in English.

5. Students listened to workbook page 20, 21, and 22, 

    and then practiced read out loud with partners in class.

We used the last few minutes to sit in a circle in class after emergency drill.

I started to imitate students' voice message. Students laughed so loud!

We all had a great time!
