1.） 都是 dou1 shi2 (both are; all are)
ex: 哥哥和弟弟都是爺爺的孫子。
2.） 是.., 也是..。shi4.., ye3 shi4... (is.., also is...)
ex: 我是媽媽的女兒，也是外婆的外孫女。
3.） 就是 jiu4 shi4 ( emphazise “it is”.)
ex: 我的爸爸就是爺爺的兒子。
4.） 同 tong2 (same)
a.) 同+noun
ex：同名同姓
b.) 同+measure words+noun
ex: 同一個人
5. 一樣 yi2 yang4 (same)
a.) 一樣+adjective

6. 多大了=How old are you?
ex: 她多大了？= How old is she?
7. 比我大=Older than me.
ex: 他比我大。(He is older than me.)
8. 比我小=Younger than me.
ex: 弟弟比我小。(Little brother is younger than me.)
9. 大我一歲=One year older than me.
ex: 她比我大一歲。(She is one year older than me.)
10.小我一歲= One year younger than me.
ex: 妹妹小我一歲。(Little sister is one year younger than me.)
Students also reviewed pinyin, and praticed writing lesson 1 characters and pinyin:
"外，公，婆，孫，女" on black board.

Thanks today's helper, Jenny (啟蘇‘'s mom), for helping out in classroom today,
I would like to take this chance to remind all the parents again that it is school policy,
"no parent are allowed in the classroom during the school hour except the helper."

Hence, only 3A's helpers- Yee Ping and Jenny could take turn to stay in classroom to help teacher.
All parents are welcome to stay in the classroom at "Parents Observation Day."
